  2. Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, the service you purchased, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

Refund Decision

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of We Care Infotech based on the merits of each case. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom software development once the development has commenced
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already been executed
  • Completed SEO services
  • Animation projects once design and development have started
  • Any other service where significant work has been completed based on client approval

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of the service was delivered or if the service was not fully utilized. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the proportion of the service delivered.
